My passion for health and fitness started in a way that surprises most people. While others were excited to buy their first car or splurge on something flashy when they turned 18, I was eagerly picking out vitamins and my very first container of pre-workout. That moment wasn’t just a quirky milestone; it was the beginning of a lifelong journey to unlock the full potential of the human body.

My name is Rob Abrams III. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Boxing Coach with Mayweather Boxing & Fitness, holding certifications from the prestigious International Sports and Science Academy of California. Originally from Michigan, I’ve since made Texas my home, where I continue to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. As an athlete throughout my adolescent years, I was determined to stay in peak physical condition and live a vibrant, healthy lifestyle as an adult. My curiosity led me to dive deep into the world of supplements and vitamins, exploring how they could push my body to new heights. Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge, testing and refining what works best to fuel both body and mind.
